Keynote Speaker: Christopher Karpenko

chris KarpenkoChristopher Karpenko is the Executive Director Brand Marketing. He oversees the development and execution of the United States Postal Service (USPS) corporate Brand Marketing strategy through a scalable, revenue generating marketing platform which positions the USPS as the partner of choice for consumers, commercial customers and industry partners. Chris has brought innovation to USPS marketing efforts with his strategic thinking and strong creative skill. This year he introduced a b2b social media channel and content marketing program; supported “Irresistible 2.0” - bringing paper and pixels together in a digital world, and successfully executed the 2016 ecommerce campaign resulting in increased brand health as well as double digit package growth.

Chris brings a wealth of experience having held Field and Headquarters positions in Operations, Customer Service, Human Resources, Sales and Marketing.

He is a lean six sigma certified green belt. He holds an Executive MBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Rochester’s Simon School of Business. He has served on numerous nonprofit boards in his community, has written for several industry publications and is a sought out speaker at national industry events.
